Important Features of All in one FAQ (M1)

  1. Admin can create FAQs for both single and multiple categories, which can be shown on multiple pages.

Zestard's "All in one FAQ" extension allows admin to add multiple Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Answers under specific Topics or categories. At frontend, visitors can see all active FAQ items under different categories with search and accordion effect enabled, as per the options set in admin.

With this extension, you can easily create and place your category or topic wise FAQ details in the form of Questions and Answers in multiple pages with/without accordian effect. You can enable search for these FAQs.

Admin Features :

  1. Admin can create multiple FAQ categories for single page.
  2. Admin can add multiple categories within a single page.
  3. Admin can have option to give CSS for design purpose (category/questions).
  4. Admin can restrict expand/collapse functionality.
  5. Admin can restrict Search option.
  6. Admin can add unlimited FAQ categories.

Front end Features :

  1. Visitor/User can see multiple categories FAQs on one page.
  2. Visitor/User can have Search option to find any questions using tags.
  3. Visitor/User can have option to expand/collapse if accordian is enabled from admin’s side.

How to install/configure :

  1. Create FAQs Category from FAQ-> Manage Category-> New
  2. Fill all the required details.
  3. Create FAQs and answers by following FAQ->Manage Questions-> New
  4. Fill the required details and set Questions and Answers with tags for search (optional).
  5. Once a Category is created Admin can attain the shortcode by following Category-> Edit-> Shortcode
  6. Copy Shortcode and paste on page where you wish to display FAQ.
  7. Setting for some of restrictions available from system configuration->FAQ
  8. Enable Multiple category if want to display multiple categories on a single page.
  9. Enter Ids of categories you wish to show on multiple categories FAQ page.
  10. Copy default shortcode and paste it on CMS page.
  11. Open Frontend page to view FAQ page.
